Karen Meyerson, MSN, RN, FNP-C, AE-C

Karen graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with her Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and then went on to Grand Valley State University to receive her Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).  A native of Wisconsin, she is a Certified Asthma Educator (AE-C) and Manager of the Asthma Network of West Michigan, the local asthma coalition serving Grand Rapids, Michigan.  She is also a board-certified nurse practitioner in private practice, specializing in asthma and allergies.  Karen also serves on the National Asthma Educator Certification Board (NAECB) as an Emeritus Member.  She has served as a national speaker and consultant, and has also written articles published in professional journals. 

Karen is an avid walker and enjoys swimming.
